East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is a non-profit organization that provides housing, community services and community development in the Oakland, California area. Their reach and influence is deep within the East Bay and boasts over 3,000 residents.
According to Jeremy Liu, EBALDC's Executive Director, "If my residents aren't healthy, they may not be able to work. If they can't work, they might not be able to meet their most basic financial obligations. EBALDC must go from being a housing development company to an organization that helps keep its community healthy."
